We hope you will enjoy every purchase you make at Kiboots.com, but if you ever need to return an item you can do so within 14 days of receipt.


We offer exceptional customer care, but we provided that the item returned is in its original and unused condition, with all tags still attached and with all original packaging.


If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount. Please therefore use adequate packaging to protect your package during transit of its return.

 

Simply fill in the returns form delivered with your order, and send it back to us using the return sticker delivered with your order.


Please note that it will take up to 8-10 business days for your refund after we have received your item in good order. 

We don’t do exchanges:

Every single piece in our collection is an individual item, no one equates closely the other one. Therefore it is impossible for us to make a reservation or exchange. We kindly request you to place a new order.

Our returns policy complies with The Distance Selling Regulations. In the case of placing a new order a re-delivery charge at our standard rate will apply.

We will, of course, refund delivery charges if there has been an error on our part or if the item received is fault

Faulty Items:

As all of our products are handmade, manufacturing faults do occasionally occur unfortunately. So if you believe an item to be faulty or it is not the item you have ordered we are happy to offer a full refund.

Cancellations:

If you have a change of mind and wish to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible. If your goods have not already been dispatched we will cancel your order and process a refund. In cases where the order has already been dispatched you will need to return the goods to us in order that we can process a refund. The cost of delivery will not be refunded in this instance.

Lost or Damaged in Transit:

We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or damaged in transit. We strongly advise that a proof of postage certificate (free at your post office) should be obtained when returning any item.
