Delivery

We aim to dispatch all Kiboots orders within 1-2 working days, however this may be slightly longer during particularly busy periods. Please be assured our customer service department will keep you updated at all times on the progress of your order. You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Charges

Shipping costs are automatically calculated and dispayed when items are placed in your shopping bag!

For orders outside the European union the purchaser may incur additional import duties and custom charges. These are levied at the port of ingress and are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Methods of Delivery

All orders are sent by UPS of GLS. If you are not normally at home during the day please supply an alternative address such as your work address, or instructions on where your parcel can be safely left, for example with a neighbour. A card will be left to re-arrange delivery if no one is at home to receive your order.

Delivery Times

Dutch customers receive their orders next day once dispatched (Monday - Friday only). Other European customers receive their orders within 3-5 working days.

All international destinations will receive their orders within 12 working days.

Your shipment confirmation email will provide you with the relevant tracking information.
